From pricing and preparation to negotiations and closing, I provide clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and calm leadership—especially when decisions feel complex or emotional.

Integrity and education guide every recommendation I make. I believe clients deserve transparency, not pressure, and information, not sales tactics. Many of my clients appreciate a professional who is steady, detail-oriented, and committed to building long-term relationships rather than chasing volume.

I serve buyers and sellers throughout the East Valley of Phoenix, including Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Chandler, Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. I specialize in residential sales, 55+ communities, and properties with unique lifestyle or investment value, as many of my clients are part-time residents. I also really enjoy working with and educating first-time homebuyers.
